Help & Support
We provide a variety of ways for our customers to receive help at no additional charge. The following outline explains each of these options:
Knowledgebase – We provide an online knowledgebase that provides
instant answers to many common questions and problems. This is one of the most effective ways of
getting fast answers.
In-line Help Buttons – Throughout the AlertBot Manager, we provide help
buttons next to items that we get common questions about. For example, if you have questions about an
edit field, just click on the Help Button next to it and a screen will popup
with information about that field, as well as a list of knowledgebase articles related
to it.
Setup Wizards – We provide various Setup Wizards that provide
step-by-step setup instructions.
Help Desk Staff – If you have a specific question not addressed by
any of the above options, you can always contact our helpful and knowledgeable
Help Desk representatives either through email or live support at no additional
charge. Our Help Desk represenitives are available to answer your questions during normal business hours. Any inquiries made outside of normal
business hours will be answered on the next business day.
We are committed to
helping our customers by constantly improving our knowledgebase and other help
systems, as well as making ourselves personally available to answer questions
through our Help Desk.
