Billing
We provide our
customers with simplified billing by sending them an email summary of their
monthly service fees in advance, and then automatically charging their
credit card for these charges two weeks later. This allows our customers to
enjoy service without the hassle of manually paying bills and allows us to keep
costs down so we can pass the savings on to you! If you have special billing needs, please contact us as we do have other options too.
We accept the following forms of payment:
No Commitment Billing
We understand that sometimes people change their minds. If
a customer changes their service with us or discontinues service, we
will automatically prorate their billing so they only pay for the time they
used. No questions asked.
Web-based Billing Features
Customers can safely
and securely access our billing system over the web through the AlertBot
Manager. They can update their billing
information, like billing address and method of payment, at any time as well as
view their billing history and current invoice. The AlertBot Manager also provides a transaction log report that
displays every action taken in the AlertBot Manager that effected billing. This report displays the name of the person
who performed the action, what they did, and when they did it. This level of accountability allows the
account holder to quickly and accurately analyze their bill.
Larger Business Needs
We do provide other options
of invoicing and payment for larger business accounts. If the automated options listed above do not
